Remodeling/Designing Advice needed! Can anyone help?
Here's a link to various room in our "unconventional, cuttered house..." What needs a makeover and some serious advice?: - Living Room - Dining Room, Kitchen - Computer Area - Front Door walkway - the walls in every room HELP! It's a mess and I need outside advice-- ...designing ....orgazination suggestions ... paint color.. My values: - being able to eat in on our dining table - where in the world are we going to store these mountains of files? - I want a liquor area because I like to make drinks and someday be able to invite people over and entertain - We need shelves/album storage because we have no pictures to display - I need a new couch tv, plant arrangement - Tons to toss and I need help =(

- hey i was stuck with the same situation n got seriuos n started watching hgtv n all the show that come on about house decor n painting and everything including the outdoor! nowi have made my home my own with my colors n desidns! i even get on the net to see what others have done just to get ideas! prepare to spend some money though cause everything adds up i know! not only that, when u go to home or if u do ask them about stuff, tell them ur ideas n they'll help1 i did! its exhausting let me tell ya! but its all worth it at the end! hope i helped!

- First of all, where are you located? Craigslist has many listings for the items you are in need of. As for organization, start with three boxes clearly marked as follows: "Trash" "Move to another location" and "Good Will" then start sorting and don't stop. As you think up things write it on a sticky and paste it to the area that you would like to place it. For example, if you think you need a large bulletin board by the kitchen phone, write it on a sticky and place it on the wall where the board will be placed. When you go to Wal Mart or Ikea or the thrift store, make a list of what you need and buy it. Good luck!
