how do you make kitchen cabinet hardware from silverware?

1. You basically just have to attach a screw. I've seen them welded on, or a small hole drilled through the handle and a screw put through.
2. I just seen some of the coolest ones. They heated and bent the tines of a fork out and curles them around. Then they just hand bent the handle out , over, and then back down. They put one screw thru a hole in the handle and one thru a hole in the base of the tines. I plan on trying this myself.
