- Contact Kitchen Craft. If they wont help, then offer legal action against Them! Good Luck
- well I have no experience with Home Hardware, the seller, but I do know that Kitchen Craft cabinets are not the best quality. Unfortunately, many "home" stores often carry inferior lines, and many don't back up their installation, which when poorly done, can severely affect the function of the cabinets. It's unfortunate that your mother has to take legal action. Has Kitchen Craft made any comment on what they will (or won't) do? Consider filing a complaint with the BBB, even if you do get resolution before legal action. I don't know the reputation of Home Hardware, but they should take some responsibility for the defective cabinets. It's one thing if it's damaged before they get it, but if they knowingly release and deliver defective goods sold as new and pristine, then they obviously have a serious ethical issue with customer service. I hope you get resolution with this. It's never a good thing to deal with. By the way, I'm an Interior Designer with plenty of experience with delivery of damaged goods. I know what it's like to deal with vendors who are reluctant to take back faulty products. Keep on it and perhaps you'll reach some agreement.
