How can I fix our kitchen cabinet doors?
The doors are made of particle board (covered in laminate), and the screw holes in the wood where the hinges attach are stripped or too big for the screws now.

- Try sticking a toothpick into the existing hole, and then breaking it off. Then try screwing the door back on, using the original screws. Sometimes the additional wood will grab the screw, and expand in the hole.
- Fill in the holes. Move hinges to new location or different hinges!
- You can fill it with an epoxy resin and re-drill the holes (very small pilot holes) once it cures. You will need to take the doors down and work with the epoxy outdoors or in the garage. Particle board repairs are never 100%, but this is as close as you're going to get. Good luck.
- fill the holes with a little wood glue and sawdust ,let dry and replace your hinges
