kitchen remodel?
we are fixing a little bit of the kitchen and one of the things is we are painting the cabinets and putting new hardware on them. currently we are using the flush mount hinges. i am looking in to blac nickel hardware, BUT i dont see any that also have the flush mount hinges. at least not for the look i was going for. can i go to just about any hinge?

- Yes as long as the cabinet door closes flush around all the edges. See our web site http://www.ourhomeimprovement.net/

Think it was Grainger and ??? You get what you pay for with Kitchen Hardware. If You are in it for the long haul I recommend paying a little more initially. There often are second Hand places like Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, etc. that will have a whole stack of hinges and hardware for a few bucks if you have a library close with tips or you know your metals and how to polish each kind correctly. This isn't recommended normally. If your budget is tight, you have a large kitchen, and spare time, then prepare for a headache the first time if you just jump in like I did. If this is a consideration - be smarter than I was and Get to know your metals. When you know the right cleaners - then It is Really Cool shining Up old Hardware to look like new!
