Small application grease traps?

A friend installed a drywell for an outdoor sink (summer kitchen). We are looking for a way to prevent contamination. I am familiar with grease traps for restaurants, but a 50 gallon tanks seems like overkill for this application. Is there a product designed for situations like this?

  1. Depending on how much it is used the drywell may suffice. Also, depending where you are located you may need to tie it into a septic system or sewer line to be within "code". I have seen small, I think 15 or 20 gallon, septic tanks used for grease traps.
