How much would it cost to do a kitchen like this?

3. First of all you have to check with a kitchen designer. You can do that through Lowes or Home Depot. The house is only 1300 square ft. so it can't support as large a kitchen as your other picture and you may have some dividing walls that need to come out to accommodate any new kitchen. The designer will work with your space and your budget to put together the best use of space for you. There usually is no charge for the design. A contractor would have to called in to discuss any wall demolitions. There are many features and construction costs in remodeling a kitchen. You won't know what you can do until you work with a designer and a contractor.
4. From the pictures you sent me I can see that for sure you are looking at no less than 40k and no more than 60k, that would include granite tops, wood cabinets. now be careful with the appliances they can be very costly and can drive your budget way out.
